Terms of delivery
- All prices are EXW D-21224 Rosengarten OT Nenndorf, including packaging.
- Delivery will be DAF german border Incoterms 2000 from 750,-- € net on.
- payment: advance payment. after arrangement with regular invoice.
- customer claims have to be made immediately, but latest 5 working days after reception of the merchandise.
- Crashes due to transportation have to be claimed directly to the forwarder.
- Further titles corresponding to claims or crashes than compensation or credit-notes are excluded.
- All goods are my property until complete payment.
- Selling my goods to a third party will extend the property-paragraph to the third party.
- Place of fulfillment and court of justice is D-21224 Rosengarten OT Nenndorf.
- For all my deliveries and workmanships the foresaid rules are valid, any differences to them have to be confirmed put down in writing.
